A complete rebranding of the 1994 Victoria Commonwealth Games Legacy Fund. This $20M+ elite sport funder had operated under several different names and organizational structures over the past 25 years, most recently under the PacificSport umbrella. It underwent a change in mandate and operating structure, resulting in a repositioning assignment that involved guiding the board and executive through a full rebranding protocol and naming process.
